Cannot refund passives

I rejoined the game after a few years of not playing. I'm trying to refund some passives (I've got a 33 refund points left), but nothing happens - no error messages.
Playing on a Steamdeck.
I'm trying to refund a skill without anything else depending on it.

Jewel?

No jewels in that path. No skill at all is refundable (tried all around the tree)

Did you click “refund passive skills” on top of the tree? Just to make sure. Not much to work with without a screenshot

There's no refunding on top.



On console controls it's the Y button. It just doesn't do anything.

It might be something that you'd need to contact support via email to fix.

If you look at your character's passive tree on the website, and look in the cluster jewel slots, are there jewels socketed that you can't see on your tree in-game? I think that was something possible with returning to older characters that could mess things up.
