For slam builds, a huge portion of your DPS comes from Intimidating Cry uptime (i.e. exerted attacks do double damage). With high attack speed, you need more investment into warcry reduction to reach more uptime. Instead, the Karui Chopper gives bigger hits with less attack speed, designed to increase DPS. I would recommend looking at your PoB and check "Calcs" -> Exerting Warcries -> Intimidating Cry's Uptime. -Culling: The Elder mod gives 49% phys damage and culling against Bleeding enemies. If you don't have any chance to bleed, you can easily get some by adding bleed tattoos or using Vulnerability. I use Battlemage's Cry + Vulnerability -Generally, I plan to use this with the 10% physical enchant, but here are the stats for the 15% physical enchant. 453 strength is pretty tough to hit.

I'm praying OP will be playing the league long enough for me to mirror this, this thing is ridiculous. I thought 1400 pdps axes were big dick until I saw this when I was browsing axes on trade today
