Metacraft help needed

Hi.

I have an ilvl 85 staff fractured with :

Prefix #1 - +2 to level of all spell skill gems

I want to craft on it :

Prefix #2 - T1 Increased spell damage
Prefix #3 - +3 to level of all lightning spell skills gems

Suffix #1 - T1 Increased cast speed
Suffix #2 - Veiled mod T1 chance to deal double damage while focused
Suffix #3 - Veiled mod T1 critical strike multiplier while a rare or unique enemy is nearby

For now, my best solution is :

Step 1/ Spam Deafening essence of Woe until I have +3 to level of all lightning spell skill gems

Step 2/ If I don't have a suffix opened, annul and hope it removes one of the 3 suffixes. If not, back to step 1.

Step 3/ Craft 'Prefixes cannot be changed'

Step 4/ If I don't have a suffix opened, annul and hope it doesn't remove 'prefixes cannot be changed'. If not, back to step 3.

Step 5/ Exalt and hope for T1 Increased cast speed. If not, back to step 4.

Step 6/ Use veiled orb and hope it doesn't replace 'prefixes cannot be changed' or 'T1 Increased cast speed'. AND hope 1 of the 3 choices are either T1 chance to deal double damage while focused or T1 critical strike multiplier while a rare or unique enemy is nearby. If not, I just have to hope I can go back to step 3 or 4 via annul else I will have to go back to step 1.

Step 7/ Bench craft the remaining Veiled mod I didn't get from step 6.

As you can see, it will be both time consuming and EXTREMELY expensive especially if I am not lucky.

Do you have any idea how to craft this item in a better/more reliable way.
Any hint of an idea is welcome because I really don't have enough currency to do this right now.
