Spectre of transience

Hi all,
Im having trouble with skills from my gems not showing up in my skillbar. For example, I have a Spectre of transience and I cant cast it (skill does not show up). I have the required level and Int. What am I doing wrong? Cheers Last bumped on Aug 25, 2024, 11:07:06 AM
