Can't use Glorius Vanity Jewel

Hey, I can't put my Glorious Vanity into passive skills slot, is that a bug?
Of course it's allocated, other gems works there. Slot: Basic Jewel Socket Slot Place: Above Eternal Youth Gem:

" Limited to: 1 Historic All unique Timeless Jewels have this restriction, as well as the Historic modifier. What this means is that you can only ever have one unique Timeless Jewel active at a time. And your character has a Militant Faith socketed at the top center of the tree. |
