Can't Use skill skill. Its say not enough mana even though mana reserve is nough for the skill.

This happened after re-allocating passive tree skill points. I cannot use any skill. It say not enough mana even though my mana is full.

While that's what it says, probably from an old time where mana is basically the only resource you can not have enough of for using a skill...the point is that you aren't able to pay the skill cost.

You allocated the Chainbreaker keystone via a Lethal Pride jewel, which gives skills a rage cost of 3. That means that if you don't have any rage, you can't use any skills.

Since Chainbreaker doesn't delay/stop natural rage loss, and you're regenerating a small amount of Rage per second through the keystone, you won't start generating rage (and thus be able to start using skills) until you get hit.
