i saw a video on youtube where a player had his life up all time using righteous fire i have a little over 300 in lfe regen per secound. and a little over 1000 in life i am lvl 49

Capping your fire res will help, then getting increases to max fire res. There is a guide for RF if you are looking for a detailed explanation of mechanics. Enduring cry might also help. You POB says you have 80 positive net regen, so you should be on full life when at rest. Could be that you are just dropping below this while in battle and taking damage.

You can't crit with RF. It sill might work with a secondary skill you are using.
