I'm not not getting my 6th map slot. Why?

So far I used to sell all my t17 maps but today I thought that it might be a good idea to run a t17 myself to get my 6th map slot. I still had a t17 from a valdo's puzzle box (phantasmagoria) and I gave it a try. The map was way easier than expected and after a few minutes I completely 100% cleared the map and killed the endboss. I even got my reward for it
and I got a Kirak mission. BUT the one thing that I didn't get was my 6th map slot and I wonder why. I was told that I get it after finishing my first t17 map, so what is the problem? What am I missing here? And yes, I killed Maven before and I have all the voidstones. I really can't figure out what I did wrong, please help. valdo's doesnt give the 6th map slot. you need to run one of the purple maps that look like this
