Commander of Darkness (Notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Necromancer) states:
-Auras from your skills grant 3% increased Attack and Cast Speed to you and your Allies -You and nearby Allies deal 30% increased Damage -You and nearby Allies have +30% to Elemental Resistances If my Necromancer has no Auras, does she still get the benefits of the increased Damage and Elemental Resistances?
