Quantity on gear in standard after 3.25 seems not to have an impact

I'd love others' impression on what they're seeing with their quant gear in standard. At the moment I'm finding there's absolutely no impact that my quant gear seems to have anymore. I understand that GGG has removed quant from gear moving forward, but even the existing gear seems to no longer have any impact. My question to the community is;

1. Are you noticing something similar? Where essentially your quant gear is no longer impacting currency or card drops?
2. If you are noticing it, could this be a symptom of GGG just nerfing ground loot which happens to include currency and card drops?

It's just super gutting as I've spent a couple of mirrors on acquiring quant gear (I only play standard). And if it's no longer having any impact, it's just a bit devastating.
