Forbidden Flame/Flesh not working

Hi GGG Team,

My character ShieldBuns is a juggernaut in Settlers League and after equipping the jewels shown in the screenshot below, I do not get the War Bringer buff.

For reference, I have another juggernaut character in Standard with a similar build and the same unique jewels that I used during Affliction League, and he doesn't receive the War Bringer buff either.

Please fix ASAP!
