Cannot Raise Perfect Blasphemer as specter, but corpse is still consumed

Currently using the Wraithlord helmet
Wretched defiler specters
and a perfect spirit of fortune specter

I have purchased Perfect Blasphemers from multiple players, and every time i try to raise the body as a specter.

Every time I try, it consumes the corpse, but does not raise a specter.

I can raise other Ritual corpses along side the perfect spirit of fortune just fine.

the problem is specific to Perfect Blasphemer; When Raise specter is used, the summon effect happens, but n o specter spawns, and no body is left.

This is a very frustrating waste of my time and currency to test.
