Need carft PhD's help for my wand

Hi, I have got this from recomb .

Lost essence spell damage, but upgraded one tier of hybrid mod.

Need help from craft gurus out there, what is the best way to add spell dmg, cast speed and double damage?

First step would be "Prefixes could not be changed" + scour to remove fire damage, but what's next?

Instinctively:

Prefixes cannot be changed -> Veiled orb, hope for prefix, hope to unveil one of the spell damage mods

Afterwards prefixes cannot be changed -> harvest reforge speed until you hit high tier cast speed

Finish off by crafting DD

Can‘t think of any other way with an okay-ish chance of getting decent tier spell damage on the prefix sadly.

slam exalt, slam fracturing orb, prayge 50/50. After that slam Esence of Woe until you hit mana or hybrid mana t1 depdending on the fractured mod, annul if you have to if suffixes are full. After that prefixes cannot be changed, reforge caster, prayge again, repeat until you hit good cast speed, craft double damage when focused or go for the veiled orb with multimod, prefixes cannot be change if you are rich...

Fracturing idea is cool, but losing my wand completely is not what I'm ready for right now. Also, it's a bit worse than 50/50: getting T1 mana is about 0.9%, while T1 hybrid 0.3% (played with "Craft of Exile" for a while on this).

Also, too poor for this XD.

So, I slammed Veiled and got a suffix sadge. Forgot to block before unveil, but got DD while focused anyway (apparently, should have crafted some ele dmg over time).



Probably settle with just multimod craft. Also, need another 14 div for second try.
