Not enough skill points

I'm facing a problem that at level 95 I have level 94 skill points, provided I've killed all the bandits and completed all the optional quests to get additional skill points. I'm attaching my current pob: https://pobb.in/53P6zvhYUKzB
Help me figure out what day I can't figure out where the skill points are missing.

Just to make sure, you've double checked with /passives?

Some people have been confused this league because killing the bandits only grants one passive now, with the second now being granted by the quest where you give the Golden Hand from the Crypt to Yeena.



I'm asking because the usual reason an imported character would be 'missing' a point would be passives on cluster jewels not being assigned properly, but you aren't using any.

Yep first check passives as Jaidan said. Is it possible you didn't do the new act 2 quest (old quest but new reward skill point to make up for less kill all bandits reward)?
