Apparently the whirling blades(only one tested) gem doesn't count as a movement to the new passive point from deadeye ascendancy

Is your attack time for WB longer than 1s? I think you might be stationary momentarily between the uses, even if you are holding it down? Would be possible to test on Inq, if it is proccing conc ground. There is probably some other mechanics that can test it.
