Crash during Sasan fight

I crashed during Sasan fight, I was in his arena with a friend and he killed him, when I returned I still have mappers kidnapped and can't run maps in Kingsmarch, but I can't rescue them, don't want to ransom or abandon them but do I have to?

Not sure, haven't spawned this boss or died on the pirate guy to know how it might work.

I would say you likely have to do one of those options, regardless of the crash, just because of death. I think that's how it works if the fight is failed.

In terms of the crash itself you would need bug or tech support section for help with that part.
