Rog Dust Calc?

Has anyone figured out how rog calculates how much dust you get from disenchanting items? Tooltip would be nice.

Not exactly, other than knowing the increases from the upgrades. I've noticed the same unique item can give different amount, so I assume the rolls are taken into account. With the mods themselves, they probably have some sort of weighting or table, like what you get from regular vendor sales giving different results on different mods. I've noticed the junk items you get off shipping usually give pretty good dust, and low level rares from mapping are generally very bad. Item level and base type probably has something to do with it on the rare and perhaps tiering for uniques. Low tier uniques seem to be bad in general and high tier good in general.

Also rarer uniques give more dust then other items.

You can also slap quality on items and corrupt them. This also increases dust inc.

See here for an attempt: https://old.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/1eysem0/random_dust_findings/

For unique items there are lists floating around, like here: https://poedb.tw/us/Kingsmarch#Disenchant

+1
No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
Interesting, thanks for sharing.

TLDR: Item level adds a multiplier to dust value (up to lvl 86) even on uniques. Quality Adds 1% more dust per 1% quality. All other mods are additive (not multiplicative). Mod Level Requirement affects dust value (not mod tier or mod rarity). Base type, sockets and links do not affect dust.

EDIT: we know corrupted implicits add 50% to dust at rank 9 disenchanting. We don't know if the implicits themselves have a flat amount on top of the percent increase.

Also at rank 10 you get 50% increased dust per influence. The exarch influences do not seem to count however.
