Wither on hit from Unholy Might buff does not seem to work with mines, is this intended?

Unnerve on hit from the exarch implicit seems to carry over to mines, so I dont understand why this doesn't

I think so. The mine is doing the hit and not you, so I think that might be why the buff is not recieved.

He says wither on hit is not applying, not that he's not getting unholy might

But if the source of unholy might is a cluster jewel, mines won't grant the buff because it procs on critical strikes

If the source is something like Broken Faith or Sin's Rebirth, wither on hit should work

If you need wither on hit, get a despair balance of terror or use glorious vanity, there are wither on hit notables in glorious vanity jewels
