Do overlapping melee splash areas from a single skill affect each target?

If I have, e.g., Tribal Fury notable and I exert a strike skill with Ancestral Call, will a target that gets caught in multiple splash zones (from me or the "ancestors") get dealt damage multiple times?

Yes, and it works even without Ancestral Call. Strikes by default can hit multiple targets. Each stricken target creates a splash area, which hit nearby enemies.
