Recomend a build for a old disabled guy

Like the title says. Recommend a build for a old guy who has trouble with making fast key presses and has a bit of a eyesight issue.
So no builds that require fast decision making/key presses. Needs to have a decent build guide so he can follow it step by step. Thank you Edit.. Looking for one that can do most if not all content.
