Help please i keep dying and don't know what i need to upgrade

Can someone explain what my build needs and why I keep insta dying?
any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have capped resistances across the board 71 phys reduction and 30% chance to block.

My build is public and here is my poe ninja (my resistances say they are different from in game?)

I run rare t16s but I cant get above 2 bars of exp before something just insta pops me and I don't know why.

This is an estimate, you might have less than that against big hits, particularly if your endurance charges are down.

On the POB im looking at your res is under cap if your flask are down. So if it's not permanently up you might be taking a lot of damage. You might need to over cap your res as well if it's your main defense, because there are a lot of things in the game that can lower it, like curses. If you endurance charges are up, prob not too bad, still overcapping some amount is usually good, even if it is the flasks doing the over capping.

Life pool and chaos res is pretty good, so I think it would be one of the above.

But also, what map mods are you rolling on your t16?
