SSF crafting?!

LS - Slayer

So I was inspired by Ben_ and decided to make the build he has been streaming, there is no guide.

I have all the bases, but to roll resists, life, defenses, suppression. Where do I start? Ben streams 12+ hours a day and I don't wanna wanna search through dozens of 13 hour videos to try and figure out what I should be doing.

If anyone can point me to a guide geared toward crafting without the use of trade/fractured bases ect. Or just give me a quick howto I'd appreciate it!
