Verisium ore ?

My character is lvl 83 my miners are level 9 but I cant upgrade anything any further because the Verisium ore is missing, I havent found any yet so where is it.
I understand its meant to be a rare commodity but when its so rare that none can be found then someone somewhere ****** up.

It's gated by map level.
