How to target farm Ynda's Stand?

Hey guys,
im trying to target farm Ynda's Stand.
The wiki says: "Obtained randomly as a reward for shipping resources from Kingsmarch to Riben Fell, Pondium, or Kalguur."
Do i have to complete port quotas for it to appear in shipping loot or is there a way to farm it without completing prot quotas?
Im trying to get it in ssf but with max rank port it takes very long to complete these quotas.
