Cannot generetate rage

Hi!
First, I hope thath this is the right section...
If so... I have a problem with my build...

I'm following the follow build on PoE vaoult "TbXie's Splitting Steel Champion Build Guide (PoE Settlers of Kalguur 3.25)"

Maybe is a really stupid and noob question... but honestly at this point i have no idea... This game is so difficult...

In the last few day i'm moving towards the lategame build so, rigth now i'm using a pair of gloves that generate rage on hit.
A friend make me notice that that no rage icon was displayed on the screen.
So i made a test with and without gloves that generate rage, and the DPS is the same, it's not a visul bug or something like tath.

Something wrong in the skill tree? (i'm following the guide, so i don't think so...) something in the build? Someone can give me an hint? the details are public if anyone want to check...
