can we get rid of low level workers?

i cant buy new workers anymore because my town is full...i have a lot of old workers that i got on day 2-3 that are low level...can i delete them somehow to make room for high level ones?

Yes. Talk to the hiring guy and your idle workers will be shown on the right side of the screen from where you hire them.
