Looking for some advice on me Psn BV Assassin

Heyo! Wondering if any experts would be willing to check out my build in PoB and give any pointers about increasing my survivability? I know it's a very conditionally squishy build to begin with, but I still feel like I have some upgrades I can make, or changes made to make it better. I can spend about 70-80 div as necessary.
