Mapping device stuck in Kalguur

Hi, I have been seeing this problem since last ~5hrs where there are 4/4 atlas runners in the mapping device and 1 map however, on starting the mapping on the device the timer just shows a dash in the timer in the middle of the map icon in the device. I had to cancel an existing map which was also stuck in the same manner. Before the issue, I was able to do maps of same tier easily with same atlas runners. Any suggestions to resolve this ? Below are the details:
Map in the device: rare Plateau Map Tier 5
4 atlas runners ranks: 9, 8, 7, 5

The issue seems to have been resolved now on its own as both mapping and shipping got finished together after ~4hrs. Thanks for looking into this as I tried a new map on the map device and I can see the timer now.
