Hmm the +4 was previously available with "All skills gems" and "All chaos/cold/fire" etc. The high hp is the rest of the new higher health values possible on armor and accessories.
Im not sure how they doubled the mod for +1 to all skill gems. The amulet gives you 100% increased magnitude, but somehow they got the mod twice. Last edited by trixxar#2360 on Aug 15, 2024, 5:18:39 PM

" It's the greatest gamble the game's ever had. Simplex multiplies the rolls by 2x, then the mist can multiple that new value by up to 2.1x so I believe the max life on an amulet can go up to 650 if perfect. My calculation of quality% may not be applying correctly here. The issue here is that it's already costly to buy a simplex, then you run the risk of inverting each value on an item you cannot then create a mirror service for. It effectively corrupts/mirrors the item so it's a one-off item that would basically be literal the meaning of the word unique. It is as intended and something GGG has given to the upper echelons of the crafting community as a farewell salute. I'm struggling to come up with new goals to keep me playing this game.

There is also a + 4 phys, + 4 all, 180 ish global crit multi one roaming around. Basically a skill tree and an ascendancy of damage in an amulet.
