Blocking content also blocks their respective scarabs.

Figured it out. but responding to the responder PLEASE READ. TORMENT SCARABS. you can't specificly block those.

Probably hid the torment scarabs with a loot filter or something. Without a video its impossible to verify the claim. If the strongbox did drop nothing that would be a bug but my response was more of a generic answer to why most scarabs were not dropping.
