Juggernaut Unrelenting interaction

Hi, my question is about how the new version of the Unrelenting Notable passive interacts with maximum resistance and physical damage reduction.

Is the additional damage reduction multiplicative or additive and does it go above max elemental res/ 90% physical reduction?

if i have 74% fire res and 75% max fire res, with 8 endurance charges do i get:

a) 75% fire damage reduction (caped by max res)

b) 82% fire damage reduction (not capped, additive)

C) 76.08% fire damage reduction (not capped, multiplicative)

also does it interact the same with the physical reduction cap?

Additional damage reduction is additive with damage reduction and has no impact on resistances.

From 1000 recieved fire damage you take 1000 x 0.26 (fire res) x 0.6 (eight endurance charges) = 156 fire damage.

there is no interaction between resistance and damage reduction.

maximum damage reduction is 90% for all damage types.
