Like before the patch i had 0 now i had 2 in a row?

I just had an event where "one of your sailors decided to start a new life" except it was actually 3/6 of them and they were all level 9 or 10. Is it supposed to be fun burning through gold just rerolling employees? Very stupid and pointlessly punishing mechanics. I have always exclusively operated at ZERO risk. At least I got a measly amount of currency to show for my efforts.

The rewards are pretty good, 45k+ gold and good chance at some decent runes. You will want it to spawn once you start beating the fight.

Agree that rerolled for workers in terrible. Ar least it should hide worker that are half your town level. I simply can't afford cycling through..
