Tujen Haggle Window Auto Refresh???

I had 3 Div last night in my haggle window that I didn't have the funds to haggle for, so I exited the window last night to farm currency today and the window content changed when I went back to it. I did not reroll. Was there a change made to auto refresh?

Nevermind, I never realized the window is different per character... XD
