IDK how to do Blights...

This guide has me going for essences and blights. The essences are doable, some are easy and some are super hard, but at least it's doable.

Blights I don't really get.

Either-

1) It's 1 or 2 lanes, I just set up an ice and a thunder or fire in both, then alternate what I'm killing while upgrading both. Close to 100% success.

or

2) It's like 5 lanes, each with splits, and I have no ability to clear everything while also upgrading things ... and it's like a 5% success.

How do I get better?

Well, if your build has limited clear, you can always just do in-door maps with narrow halls, which forces the Blight to never be 5 lanes.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

Such as? Would I make these my 'favorite' maps?

I'm also not sure on the passive that reduces my damage by 75% and then increases the towers by 300%, mainly because that's only a 1:1 if each tower is doing damage ... but most towers are the ice ones, so wouldn't this just be a straight up nerf to my damage output?
all you need is to annoit your rings with "freeze towers stun enemy" and "meteor towers cause burning ground"

Then you stunlock everything with freeze tower and meteor tower do the killing.

Toxic Sewer is always a Blight winner.

But also, as the person above me said, make sure you have proper Blight annoints on your rings.

Ok, I just get the oils required and then right click them onto the ring like anything else?
No, you either use the blight tab in your stash if you have it or talk to the blight npc in your hideout.

Ok, will do ... guess I need 80C for the first one lol

Seems worth it if it ensures I never (or rarely) fail one again just by virtue of the mobs being stunlocked
Zizaran made a short guide how to Blight things.
