GETTING KICKED FROM MAP LOSING PORTALS

I have been kicked out of multiple maps lost portals every time, twice with the nameless seer there not sure what the deal is I thought you wasn't supposed to lose your portals but yet it keeps happening

If the portals have gone it indicates a server crash.
