Help me find a build even i can play

Every time i pick this game back up i end up pretty much maxing out in red maps. My progression just stops. I don't have thousands of hours in the game but am starting to pick up more and more, and would like to find a low budget build that lets me focus more on learning the game than worrying about the gear puzzle as much. My character this season was bones hatter, I tried to swap over to earth shatter and the build is worse off now.

any build suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried RF? Not sure how it's doing this league but generally pretty solid.
