Hover & Clicked Cursor

Does anyone know what the hover cursor and clicked cursor options do? I have checked and unchecked each multiple times and cannot see any difference in gameplay or interactions.

Not sure about the hovered, I assume it's something similar, but with clicked cursor enabled the cursor graphic changes ever so slightly when you click.
It makes the cursor seem like it's clicking. |
