Can't open a T17 Map

I'm not getting any sort of error message, I just click activate and nothing happens. Tried restarting - no change. Below is the map that won't open.

I was having a similar problem, where my map device would allow me to "Activate the map, but no portals would open. I found that unallocating the Twist of Fate keystone on my atlas passive tree solved the issue. I think this is a bug with corrupted T17s interacting with that passive.
