how to get time rune?

i fully upgraded my whole town except the bench that needs time rune. i never have any of it. where does it come from? can i vendor some of the others to get it or do i need to do specific combination of materials in shipments?

I only ever got 1 Time rune and it was from shipping. They are really rare... for comparison I got 5 Power runes so far. (from boss drops tho)
The pirate boss will spawn randomly whenever u send out ships. So just send them out as much as possible and u will face him eventually. I don't know if the value of the goods have any impact, but I'd assume so. Last edited by Sadaukar#2191 on Aug 13, 2024, 8:03:22 AM

Like everything in PoE it's balanced around trading, so GGG wants u to buy it if u don't get it randomly. Or just get someone else to enchant ur weapon if u really need it.
