Does wither stacks from tinctures?

The new unique tincture gives melee attacks 3 wither stacks on hit.
If i have 100% chance to wither enemies on hit, would that make it a total of 4 stacks or would the tincture over ride it to become 3 stacks? [Removed by Support] Last bumped on Aug 12, 2024, 11:30:02 PM
