Helping finding a particular store cosmetic

I can't seem to find the store mtx that changes the appearance of ailments, ie. freeze, poison, bleed, ignite etc. into a new graphic effect.

Are you assuming that there is one? What are you referring to? Don't think I've heard of mtx for ailments unless its included with Skill Effect mtx.
