Scorch Is Bugged On T17

Im 100% sure my build should reach 2 times 30% scorch
I've got near 100mln dmg, up to 250mln or more with headhunter

I never inflict full scorch. On maps, where any mod could block that effect.
Sometimes scorch effect is... -1/ -2 ? Like what?

I am deeply confused. Isnt Scorch% is based on the size of individual hits with fire damage not on your DPS? Seems like your actual hit size is in the 700k-1M range, probably not enough to hit max ailment effect on a T17 boss.

From your POB, go into "Calculations" and check out how much fire damage each individual hit does. Your cold damage does not help with Scorch, only fire damage matters.

The boss you posted should have 16ish milion HP

In the screenshot you show you only have 2 Frenzy charges for example, is everything thats ticked in your POB up at the time? BC if something like freeze or unbound avatar or tincture falls off then its only logical that your scorch isnt gonna hit max.
