Runecraft Not Working. Weapon damage as extra of each element.

I have a 2hand mace with "Gain 46% of weapon physical damage as extra damage of each element." I do not gain extra fire cold or lightning damage. I do not have brutality socketed.

"extra damage of each element" and "extra damage of random element" mods are not shown in character stats.
