Warlord Mystery Box / Kirac Vault Pass - Repeat Microtransactions

When I opened the Warlord Mystery Box it gave me one of the repeated rewards (Suffering Back Attachment x2). I understand that the mystery boxes no longer repeat the items or does this not apply to these mystery boxes? help me please

It does not apply to these boxes, as they predate the new non-repeat ones.
