Unable to take off a character effect.

Some sort of a dark circle around my character. Just appeared yesterday and only on this character. I've taken off all skins and effects and it is still there. No idea how to get rid of it, but frankly it's annoying as F. Looks like I have some semi-transparent dark skirt around me. Help would be appreciated.

ah that's the belt of the deceiver you have on unfortunately I don't think you can take it off without removing the belt you could skin transfer it maybe but I doubt you will be using it for that long anyways.
