Unable to unlock the sixth slot on the Map Device.

Despite completing a T17 map and the Maven's Invitation, I am unable to unlock the sixth slot on the Map Device.

According to the patch notes:

"

Added a 6th slot to the Map Device. The 5th Map Device slot is now unlocked by completing either Maven's Invitation: The Atlas, or by completing a non-Valdo's Tier 17 Map. The 6th slot is unlocked when you complete the other encounter.

After completing my first non-Valdo's Tier 17 Map, I successfully unlocked the fifth slot.

The quest "The Atlas of Worlds" is complete, indicating you've fully upgraded your Map Device.

However, even after completing my third Maven's 10 boss Invitation, I was disheartened to find that the sixth slot still remained locked.

Has anyone encounter similar issue?

ps. I haven't completed any of the special invitation:
the Formed, the Twisted, the forgotten,... etc.

Solved after a re-log, somehow it works.
