Stuck on loading screen! - help tech savy ppl !!!

Ive started having an issue, im stuck on loading screen.
At the moment im stuck when i click what character i want to play, but ill never get into the game due to eternal loading screen.

Info:

Im using a fairly new windows 11 pc

Im not running the game through steam

Im running as an administrator

I have tried changing options, to every single combination i could think of

Ive reinstalled my drivers

ive reinstalled the game, deleted all files, fresh reinstall

Still stuck on loading screens.

HELP

Ggg, will the issue be adressed? Would be nice with some kind of confirmation.

No mention of PC hardware or driver versions.

Also, when exactly did you start having this issue? Was anything updated or installed that could have started this?

i have the same problems since yesterday plus awaken poe trade stop to work. those things never happen before. GGG please help, this leage is great!

I found a solution, a vpn, its our internet providers...
