Need suggestions on how to craft shield

Need help trying to craft this Is there any kind of veiled orb trick to be done? I know im probably stuck with that regen life but trying to find best way to get best life onto that shield. I'm Glad Lacerate so that chance to block means nothing to me.

If you only care about flat life then you have 3 options:

1. Benchcraft 70 life.
2. Suffixes cannot be changed + harvest reforge life (can rarely hit 3mods, can roll low hybrid mods)
3. Suffixes cannot be changed => scour => exalted slam twice => repeat until high enough life (cannot hit 3mods but chances are lower)

Veiled Orbs can only hit hybrid life. Other modifiers don't do anything for your build.

I'd suggest you use the https://www.craftofexile.com/ emulator first and fiddle around with your item there to get a feeling for what might be best in your case.
