Question about Righteous Fire setup

I was trying to understand what scales RF damage and is still unable to understand one thing. So I havve this setup RF - Ele Focus - Swift affliction - Increased AOE - Lifetap - Burning Damage. Can someone tell me if this is a good setup or should I replace burning damage (or lifetap) with empower lvl 4?

RF no longer scales with gem level. Also, without Lifetap you won't be able to use Swift affliction.
