how do you get the reflecting mist as currency item?

i dont understand how? i have found like 8 reflective mists and they have only let me generate the item but how do you get the mist as a currency item so i can choose my own ring or amulet to reflect?

It might drop when you activate the mist on t16+ maps.
Chances are very low. STUPID BEAST
